RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns on E-Bikes. All E-Bike sales are FINAL.
If there is an issue with the bike, we will work with you in resolving the issue.
In the worst case (as deemed by Biktrix), we may offer to exchange your bike for a new one.
In any case, if you decide to return a bike that has been used and has more than 20 miles on it, there will be a restocking fee charged up to @ $3/km plus any damages on the bike.
The customer will also be liable for covering shipping costs to and from Biktrix's warehouse in Saskatoon, Canada.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of other products,
we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange.
You can return your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in the new condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging.
DID YOU BUY A CLEARANCE ITEM? Sorry, but all clearance sales are final which is why you got the sweet deal!

LIMITED WARRANTY

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON MOTOR - HUB or MID DRIVE SYSTEMS

Cyqle warrants to the original owner that a new hybrid bicycle
shall be free of defective materials and workmanship
for a period of one year from the date of original purchase and operated under normal conditions and use.

During this one-year period, Cyqle shall repair or replace, at its sole option, all parts that are found by Cyqle to be defective and subject to this limited warranty.
The original owner shall pay all labor charges connected with the repair or replacement of all parts.
The electronic controller system is covered by a 6-month warranty, whereby accidents or consumer mistakes like shorting polarity are not covered.
Warranty on the battery is for one year, or 700 charge cycles (whichever is sooner) at the end of that period.

SPECIAL ORDERS and CUSTOM BUILT BIKES

At our Discretion, a Pre-Paid, Non-Refundable DEPOSIT of 30% is required.
This is to ensure coverage of shipping and restocking fees should you decide for any reason to cancel your order.
